If you wish to renew the Android Platform cloud service, you can do so through the KEX App (iPhone or iPad version) by subscribing to the service now.

Step 1:
Enter the KEX App (iPhone or iPad version), click on "System Settings," and then click on "Manage Subscription Status" to access the online subscription system.

Step 2:
Once you are in the online subscription system, please register an account. After registration, the system will automatically recognize the Karaoke Machine's Serial Number. Next, choose the appropriate subscription plan, and the system will redirect you to the payment page.
