How long will delivery take?


When orders are received, customers will be contacted within 3 working days to schedule a delivery date. Customers will receive their orders on a first come first serve basis. We offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Hong Kong and globally.




An item is missing from my order.


Send an email to [email protected] with your order number. We will reply to your enquiry the following day between 11am - 6pm (UTC+8) and we’ll have it shipped out to you ASAP.




Has my order been delivered out yet?


Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
